Formation and filing of your Montana limited liability company can be done within 48 hours.
Do I need to have a Montana driver’s license?
No you do not need to have a Montana driver's license for the formation of your company or the registration of your RV. Some insurance companies require a Montana drivers license, so make sure and check with your insurance company.

What is a registered agent?
A registered agent receives and forwards documents for your company, such as legal and tax documents. The Registered Agent must be located at a legal address within your company’s state. Failure to maintain a Registered Agent can result in loss of corporate or LLC status.
